Real estate

A mobile office for agents who are never at their desks

Agents work from their cars, coffee shops, homes and client sites. We make all of those places work like the office, and keep the office itself running.

Real estate moved faster than most industries. Buyers expect video, virtual tours and instant answers, and agents spend more time out of the office than in it.

That makes a real estate firm’s IT unusual. The main office still needs looking after, but the more important office is the one each agent carries: a laptop or tablet, a reliable connection, a way to scan and sign, and someone to call when it stops working.

We set up both, and support both.

What makes IT hard here

Agents are always out
The real office is the car, the coffee shop and the client's kitchen table.
Buyers expect more
Drone video, virtual walk-throughs and video calls are now the baseline, and many homes sell before the listing goes live.
Documents on the move
Contracts that need scanning and signing away from the office.
Branches and the main office
Remote and satellite offices that need the same systems as headquarters.

What we do

Mobile office setup
Reliable internet, tablets and small laptops, mobile scanning and signature capture, and vehicle laptop mounts.
Portable and remote offices
Temporary and remote offices and conference rooms that connect back to the main office.
Mobile help desk
Support for agents wherever they are, not only at their desks.
Office help desk and managed IT
On-site or remote support and day-to-day management for the main office.
Smart lock boxes
Setup and support for connected lock boxes.
Listing media coordination
Coordinating commercial and residential photography and video shoots.
Dashboards
KPI dashboards and reporting on the numbers your brokerage runs on.

Questions we get asked

Do you work with individual agents or only brokerages?

Both, though most of our real estate work is for brokerages and the agents who work with them.

Can agents get support away from the office?

Yes. Remote support works wherever the agent has a connection, and that is most of the job.

Thirty minutes, and you will know where you stand.

No obligation, no pitch deck. We will tell you what we would do and what the ceiling would be. If that is not worth it, you have lost half an hour.
