Cloud & Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 and cloud migrations that finish, and stay tidy afterwards
Email, files, phones and meetings, moved to the cloud and run properly. We plan migrations around how your people work, so the move does not stop the business.
A cloud migration is only worth doing if it ends with people working better than before. The common failure is not the technology. It is a move that ignores how people actually use their files and mail, and leaves them unable to find anything on Monday morning.
So we plan around usage. Which teams need what, when the business can afford disruption, and what has to work on day one.
After the move, a Microsoft 365 tenant needs looking after. Licenses drift, admin accounts multiply and security settings get loosened to fix one problem. We keep it tidy.
We work this way ourselves. TenacIT has no office. Our phones are in the cloud, our files are in the cloud, and our team works from wherever they are. What we set up for clients is what we use every day.
What's included

- Teams Phone
- Business phone numbers in Microsoft Teams, with auto attendants, call queues, forwarding, and voicemail delivered to email.
- Meeting rooms and video

How a migration runs
-
Pre-migration planning
We map what you have, who uses what, and when the business can afford a change. The plan follows how your applications are used.
-
Migration
Data moved in stages, cut over at a quiet time, with users told exactly what changes for them.
-
Post-migration tuning
Settings, permissions and licenses adjusted once real use shows what is needed.
-
Support
The help desk handles the questions that always follow a move.
Questions we get asked
Will email stop during the migration?
Not in any way your staff should notice. We migrate in stages and switch over at a quiet time, usually overnight or at a weekend.
Can we keep our phone numbers if we move to Teams Phone?
In most cases, yes. Numbers are ported from your current carrier, and we coordinate the timing so calls keep arriving.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
We support both. Microsoft 365 suits most established businesses, especially if you rely on desktop Office. Google Workspace can be a sensible, cheaper start for a new company. We will recommend whichever fits.
Does remote work really work for a small company?
It does for us. TenacIT has been fully remote since before the pandemic: cloud phones, cloud file shares, and staff working wherever they are. We set clients up the way we run ourselves, and we are honest that some businesses, like a warehouse, still need people on site.
