IT support for Houston companies without an IT department.
Most of our clients are in the Houston metro. We are the help desk your staff call, the people accountable for your security and compliance, and the ones who answer to your board about technology — for companies too small to hire all three.
Houston, specifically
We already work here. That is the whole difference.
Plenty of providers list a Houston page. Ours is where the majority of our clients actually are — across the Energy Corridor, the Westchase District, Sugar Land and the Med Center.
Large model and seismic files, field staff who need access from a site trailer, and drawing sets that cannot be lost. We build for that rather than for email.
Energy Corridor · WestchaseWe support operational systems — control rooms, SCADA integration, remote site connectivity — alongside the corporate network. Most Houston providers will only do the corporate half.
Rare, and deliberateLaw firms, accountants and consultancies with real confidentiality obligations and no appetite for a security questionnaire they cannot answer.
Med Center · Galleria · Sugar LandA large customer asked for a report, and the auditor's gap list reads like it was written for someone else. We close the gaps and run the evidence cycle.

Houston questions we get asked
Do you come on site in Houston?
Yes. We have people in the Houston area and most of our client base is here, so on-site work is routine rather than an exception. Most issues are resolved remotely and faster that way, but when something needs hands on it, someone comes.
Do you work with energy and engineering firms?
A good part of the Houston work is engineering firms, energy services companies and professional practices. We support the office systems and, where it is needed, the field and control-room systems most providers will not take on.
How fast do you respond?
Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Central, with critical support nights and weekends. A technician takes the call and makes the first attempt; anything not quickly solved goes straight to a senior engineer.
We are a small Houston company with no IT staff. Is that too small for you?
That is the core of what we do. Most of our clients have somewhere between ten and a hundred people and nobody internal who owns technology. We become that function rather than supplementing it.
Can you help us get SOC 2 or HIPAA compliant?
Yes, including picking it up part-way. Companies usually stall at the same point: the auditor has listed the gaps in language that assumes you already know how to close them. We run the remediation and stay for the evidence cycle. None of that work needs us in the room.
Where is your Houston office?
We work across the Houston metro rather than from a walk-in office, and we are Austin-headquartered with our team distributed. If you would like to meet in person, we will come to you.
Thirty minutes, and you will know where you stand.
We will tell you what we would do and what the ceiling would be. No obligation, and you keep the findings either way.
