Getting help
Can I send you a password by email or text?
No. Never put passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information in an email, ticket or text. If we need access, we will arrange it a safer way.
Please don’t. Email, tickets and text messages are not the place for passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive information. They are stored, forwarded and searched in ways you cannot control.
If we need access to an account to fix something, we will arrange it a safer way, such as a password manager share or a reset you carry out yourself with us on the phone.
And remember the rule from the other direction: TenacIT will never ask you to send a password by email or text.
Thirty minutes, and you will know where you stand.
No obligation, no pitch deck. We will tell you what we would do and what the ceiling would be. If that is not worth it, you have lost half an hour.
